Light Duty Shelving

The Light Duty shelving material is made of high-strength S.P.H.C hot-rolled steel plate and SPCC cold-rolled steel plate. The assembly is formed by precision die bending and the welded part is welded by CO2 automatic welding machine.
We use electrostatic powder coating with a thickness of 40μ.
The material of the component pillar is made of S.P.H.C hot-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.6T, a size of 30mm*35mm*30 and a pitch of 36mm. The grid is made of S.P.C.C cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.0T.
