The VNA Racking reduces the space of the channel between the conventional selective pallet racking, in the VNA the channel is driven by a special forklift.
The VNA Racking can increase the storage density in a large amount and increase the storage space height.
The system is a 3-way reach forklift truck. The difference is that has a smaller lane width than the conventional pallet racking, generally about 1600-2000mm.
The space utilization rate has increased about 20%, and the height of the shelf can be set higher. The height can reach up to 15 meters.
The guide rails must be set on both sides of the channel, so that the 3-way reach forklift truck can be used for driving or stacking. The machine uses a magnetic guided stacker. The 3-way reach forklift truck can be divided into two types: ordinary 3-way reach forklift truck and magnetic line 3-way reach forklift truck.
The 3-way reach forklift truck can also be equipped with a manual picking platform to realize picking operations.
The working speed of the three-way stacker is slower than the general stacker. It can only go forward or backward in the channel, the turning radius is large, and the front end of the channel must reserve a large space.
